Jongyoun Park is currently pursuing an integrated M.S. and Ph.D. degree in Electronic Device Engineering at Korea University, under the supervision of Prof. Hyun-Yong Yu. His research focuses on semiconductor device fabrication and material science, specifically in Monolithic 3D (M3D) integration, 2T0C DRAM, and oxide semiconductors such as IGZO, and SnO. He has specialized expertise in advanced laser-based crystallization techniques, including Patterned Seedless Laser Crystallization Si(PSLC-Si).
